Plot Plan
This plan includes all features of the Basic Site Plan, in addition to precise measurements between site features, existing trees, driveway configuration, accessory structure roofline details, and swimming pool location.
City Permits
We assist contractors with the city permit process from start to finish, helping prepare and submit the required paperwork to meet local building department requirements. Our goal is to help reduce delays and keep your projects moving forward smoothly.
Engineering
When a project requires engineering approval, we can assist with structural calculations and stamped plans to support the permitting process and ensure the patio cover system is properly designed for the job.
On-Site Training / Job Walk
Receive hands-on support with a 45-minute on-site visit from Julio. He will help answer technical questions, review your layout, and provide real-world installation tips to keep your project moving efficiently.
Delivery Service
Delivery is available. An authorised contractor or designated employee must be present on-site at the time of delivery to receive and sign for all materials.
3D / Renderings
We provide professional 3D renderings to help contractors visualize the patio cover design before installation. This allows your customer to see the final look, review layout and style options, and approve the project with confidence.
